Studio Rules
General Conduct
– The Renter and their staff, agents, employees, contractors, and clients must adhere to all Studio rules and regulations. The Studio reserves the right to remove any person violating these rules from the premises.
– The Renter is responsible for their own conduct and the conduct of any individuals they bring into the studio during their rental period.
– The Renter agrees to comply with all OSHA safety measures and any additional safety guidelines issued by the Studio.
Cancelation
Cancellations of confirmed bookings will result in the following charges:
Full refund of the booking price (including fees) up to 7 days before the event start time.
After that, a 50% refund(excluding fees) up to 48 hours before the event start time.
Less than 48 hours:
Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the booking date and time will be charged the full fee of the base studio rental. Prepaid equipment rental fees, cleaning and damage deposits will be fully refunded.
Backgrounds
– Paper backgrounds:
– FREE for white or if a colored background does not touch the floor and is undamaged.
– $28 per colored background use, up to 6 feet on the floor.
– Each pull is 6ft max on the ground , you will be charged a fee for going over that length.
– Do not alter the background color or cut the background paper without prior permission.
– Notify us at least 2 days before your session about your color setup request.
Smoking, Alcohol, and Substances
– Smoking in the Studio is prohibited; each incident incurs a $500 fine.
– Projects involving smoking require prior consent from a Studio representative.
– The use of alcohol or drugs (without prescription or illegal) is prohibited; each incident incurs a $500 fine.
– No one under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be admitted to the Studio.
Music and Noise
– Music must be played at a reasonable level and should not contain offensive or explicit lyrics.
– Live music must be pre-approved.
– The Studios are not soundproof.
Animals
Animals are allowed only with prior consent from a Studio representative.
Mirrors
– Mirrors must not be touched, licked, drawn on, or covered with glitter.
– Any damage to mirrors, including cracks, breaks, or scratches, will be the responsibility of the Renter.
Prohibited Items and Activities
– Fireworks, pyrotechnics, flammable materials, or open flames are strictly prohibited.
– Firearms, explosive materials (such as grenades, landmines, rockets, bombs, etc.), and ammunition are strictly prohibited; rubber or plastic prop guns are not allowed.
– Using oil, artificial snow, or any props requiring extra cleaning (e.g., confetti and glitter bombs) may incur an additional $50 cleaning fee.
– The use of smoke machines is allowed.
– Nudity is allowed.
Cleaning and Damages
– Any damages incurred during the session are the Renter’s responsibility and will require reimbursement.
– Handle props with care.
– Any marks on furniture, equipment, or walls that require extra cleaning may result in additional charges.
Booking and Overtime
– Prompt arrival and departure are expected. If additional time is needed, please notify the Studio at least 30 minutes before the scheduled end time.
– Failure to notify will result in a 1.5x charge of the regular rate for any overtime.
Additional Studio Functions
– Vibe Space is utilized for various activities, including but not limited to photo and video shoots, fitness classes, yoga sessions, dance classes, workshops, and networking events. The space serves as a multifunctional venue: a photo studio, a dance studio with mirrors, and a workshop/networking area.
